Earning points is super easy! Every time you shop in any store, just upload your receipt through Factory app: click on ‘Upload ticket’, take a clear picture showing the header and the totals, and let the system do the rest. Receipts must be uploaded within 30 days. Remember: points expire after 12 months.

Automatic rules apply: (a) max. 2 tickets per store per day; (b) max. 4 tickets per store in 14 days; (c) purchases over 3500 PLN need extra validation at Info Point. No appeals are accepted for (a) and (b).
