Earning points is super easy! Every time you shop in any store, just upload your receipt through Factory app: click on ‘Upload ticket’, take a clear picture showing the header and the totals, and let the system do the rest. Receipts must be uploaded within 30 days. Remember: points expire after 12 months.

Automatic rules apply: (a) max. 2 tickets per store per day; (b) max. 4 tickets per store in 14 days; (c) purchases over 3500 PLN need extra validation at Info Point. No appeals are accepted for (a) and (b).

Already shopped and forgot to scan? No problem! Upload your receipt within 30 days via the FACTORY app, following the same process explained above. Easy!
