No, the use of your STYLE CLUB card is limited to selected stores in your Style Club center.
What happens if I bought with the FACTORY card and another credit card?
You can use your Stile Club card like a payment card – no need to spend everything at once.
What happens if I return a purchase made with the STYLE CLUB card?
No stress! The refund goes straight back to your Style Club card.
Does the FACTORY card expire?
Your balance stays valid for 12 months. If you don’t use it, it will automatically expire – but don’t worry, we’ll remind you by email at 3, 6, 9 months and just before it expires. Don’t let it slip away!
Can I change my favorite center?
Yes! You can update your favorite center anytime in the app settings.
Can I accumulate points for purchases made in any store?
Yes! You can accumulate points for purchases made in any store of the center, but only spent them in the stores participating in STYLE CLUB program.
What happens if my receipt is not accepted?
If the system can’t validate your receipt, it will be checked manually by our Info Point team. You’ll get a notification in the app once it’s confirmed.
