If I use a Giftcard to make my purchases do I get points?
Yes, we will always give you one point for every 5 PLN spent in shops of the center.
How are the points used?
They are exchanged in the APP for money that can be used when shopping at FACTORY centers.
Can I transfer points from one account to another?
No, points are non-transferable between accounts.
Is there a minimum number of points to use the STYLE CLUB card for the first time?
Yes, all redemptions must be made in blocks of 150 points.
Examples:
150 points = 25 PLN
300 points = 50 PLN

Does the money on the virtual wallet card expire?
It will remain there for up to 12 months. If no movements are made within that period from the date the balance is generated, the funds will automatically be returned to the treasury account. The user will be notified by email at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 10 days before the balance expiry. - don't let it expire!
Can I use my STYLE CLUB card in any shop in the center?
No, you can only use it in shops that are members of the Style Club community.
