Drawing inspiration from Italian culture, we named our brand Popolo after the Italian word il Popolo meaning the people. People are our inspiration to create places where everyone will feel good and to compose menus that suit different tastes. Popolo connects people from different generations and different social groups. It is timeless and universal, just like pizza. Our premises are relaxed and cozy. We use subdued colors inspired by Italian food full of herbs and aromatic wine, hence the shades of sage green, burgundy and warm beiges in our interiors, reminiscent of freshly baked pizza toppings. Our name indicates that this is a place for the people, for everyone. Regardless of the differences between us, we will all find something for ourselves here, because we are united by the love of food and the common goal of spending time in a relaxed atmosphere and without rushing.
